Great fit, May run slightly large
This is a well made shoe for the price. A solid shoe sole with little to no flex. Buy it, probably won’t regret it.

Great entry level shoe
I am a somewhat-seasoned cyclist, and, while this shoe is aimed towards entry-level cyclists, it's great for anyone wanting to try out a different type of shoe. I was convinced to buy mountain bike pedals for my road bike when I first started cycling as they were easier to clip in and out of, but I stuck with them ever since. After learning that (wider) road bike pedals would provide more stability and power, I switched a road setup and bought a pair of these shoes. I didn't want to spend a whole lot right away in case it wasn't worth the upgrade. I was wearing a size 41 in my old MTB shoes and my toes often felt cramped. I bought a size 42 this time around and the difference is night and day. I felt like I had more power when riding, and I didn't have any sore or cramped toes after my ride yesterday. I do think I will upgrade to a different shoe someday with better/tighter lacing system (like the RC3 with the BOA system) as I did find it harder to tighten than the ratchet system on my old MTB shoes, but for $60 these were well worth the purchase to see what I had been missing out on.

Much more comfortable than my previous shoes
I'm replacing a pair of Shimano shoes that I had paid much more that this one and I don't know how long they are going to last since I just recently got them but they fits perfectly and are much more comfortable. Not even thinking of adding an insole or something else to make them comfortable. They are comfortable as is. I'd recommend for sure.

THE PROCRASTINATION IS OVER
I’m a 80 year old cyclist working on 400,000 life time miles. I’ve always worn shimano cycling shoes . I Literally wear them out by almost riding 30 to 40 miles daily. However as I have gotten older my right foot hammer toes and bunion have gotten worst. Getting harder and harder to fit. The last pair bought 12 years ago where heat shrunk to my foot and bought over size to be comfortable. I bought this beginner set to tide me over until the RC7 arrive in November. To my definite surprise they where comfortable from the start. I used Shimano’s guidelines . I wore them in the house for a couple of days and then to the road for sprints and super hard Strava segments and KOMs. Never pinch or pain . The bunion in the image is after 70 miles. Looks good as a bunion can look. This pair and the RC7 will probably be my last. HAPPY FEET

Great for beginners and experienced cyclists.
I was told they fit tight so go a size larger and I did. Well it turns out thats about right. They fit almost perfect with me getting a size larger. I love the way they feel and look. The straps are easy to use much easier than peloton shoes latching system. I immediately set new PR after new PR with these.

great bike shoes
I have extra wide feet I read the reviews and people said these run wide and they do so I took a chance and they fit well thank you

Fit Is Too Small
These riding shoes looked online like they would be perfect for a beginner rode bike rider, but they are cut very small. They fit tight with the angle of the front of the shoe being more narrow than wide, which is what the description said it was. It is not a wide shoe.
