Conair Instant Heat 1/2-Inch Curling Iron, 1/2-inch barrel produces spiral curls – for use on short to medium hair

I’m obsessed with this curling iron! It gives me salon-quality curls that last all day. The temperature control is great for fine or thick hair, and the barrel glides smoothly without snagging.For the price,This performs like a high-end tool. Lightweight, easy to use, and WAY cheaper than big-name brands. My hair has never looked better! 10/10 recommend if you want quick, gorgeous curls without breaking the bank. 😊

Works as I expected. It gets hot quickly and gives my hair the body I'm looking for...and for half the price of my previous hot iron. It's not all that attractive, which is its only demerit.

I have been using this curling iron for several year.....It is a great product and perfect for how I style my hair. HOWEVER, plast two purchases seemed lacking in the sturdiness of the arm: both within a short time of using it. The black part of the iron (which you push down to open the iron and insert your hair between, has broken twice) The iron can no longer used as there no longer the plastic covering on the thumb area of the iron. Once causing me to burn my thumb, ouch ! I have to order or purchase new irons several times. I am taking a chance by orderin this one more time with hopes that the this portion has been thickened or improved. The iron itself is easy to use and has done the best job on my hair which always results in compliments. Thus, I'm taking another chance that the new iron will not fall apart. Your product is great except the blace area where the finger is placed. I still have faith in your products but am order this new one with hesitation. I will follow up at a later date.

I am impressed with this Conair Instant Heat curling iron. The heat up is only 30 seconds just as fast as advertised. The iron is lightweight and easy to use.I purchased the 1 1/2 inch barrel for my shoulder length hair to achieve loose flowing curls and it works well. It has 25 heat settings so you can use as little or as much heat as you need to avoid damage to your hair. This unit also has a turbo option which allows you to use lower heat while wrapping the hair and a burst of heat to achieve the curl once the iron is in place. The one thing that would make this curling iron better would be a slightly longer power cord. The power cord is a little short making it inconvenient if you don't have an outlet at the right height. But over all a great product.

I ALWAYS purchase this same curling iron. When I need a new curling iron. Ranges 20 different temperatures. Heats quickly. Excellent curling time. LOVE THIS. I won't purchase any other curling iron.

This curling iron actually did the job. Looked great cord length was great. The clamp on the barrel was just really tight. So if you do not mind the clamp being as tight as this one than this would be for you. Although I do not recommend this particular one. Although it will do the job and curl your hair, it just takes about 20 minutes longer because you do not wanna rip your hair out of your head

This is my fourth of this same curling iron, spanning about 25 years. They last well (obviously), curl well, and are a good size and shape and function for my desired styles. The plastic thumb guard came off of my last one a few years ago (after several years of usage), so I had it covered with duct tape. But the heat was gradually decreasing, so I decided to get a new iron. One never knows if the newer ones will be as good of quality - usually the manufacturers make them cheaper and poorer to scrimp on money. But this new iron is just as good as the others I have used for years and years.For some years I would accidentally change the heat setting with my fingers as I used the irons, because of the location on the device - but I learned to stop touching that area. I'm not sure where else they would put that setting changer (perhaps on the cord end), but as I said, I learned to stop changing the setting.I'm still very pleased with this Conair curling iron, and this newest one is as good as my first one many years ago.
