Great Product - Great Customer Service
Why did you pick this product vs others?:After researching several similar products, I choose this because I like its low profile, the small footprint, and the fact that it plugs into a USB port or into an AC outlet with any USB adapter, no charging required. That was a big deal for me because I did not want to charge yet another device in order to use it. I reached out to customer service with a question, recently, and they responded immediately with an answer and resolution.

Set it and forget it!
Love this so much!! I often have to have my eyes off my PC doing something work related and I don’t want my computer locking, but our IT department has a lock on altering screen timeouts for security purposes. I hate having to rush to jiggle the mouse or quickly hitting a key when the screen goes black.

Working great so far! I like that you don't have to connect it to your computer.

Good but not great
I would consider this good, but not great. It does the job in moving your mouse, but if your company tracks your mouse movements, they will instantly know it's not natural. I use this just so that my Teams doesn't go into away mode, but if my company actually tracked mouse movements, I would look elsewhere. Either way, it's decent at what it does. Considering most people are right handed, I would also have preferred for the light indicating that it's on be on the left side of the item, instead of on the right facing away from you.

Works as Advertised
So far so good. Works as advertised. I work from home. It’s nice to come back to my computer after a break and not have to go through the whole login process again and around.

Have to position mouse correctly
I had an issue with the mouse not picking up movement consistently. I needed to adjust how I placed it on the pad. Basically, it just needed more space between the bottom of the mouse and the area on the pad that moves.Company was VERY responsive. Honest sellers
