After reading reviews and buying the chain laughed at one star reviews. The problem of glasses slipping off is an error of the user. Not the device.The little band goes over the glasses on each side. While hooked to the chain. It’s the user’s responsibility to move the metal band snug to the eye glasses.The band becomes snug and the glasses don’t fall off.The reason I like this chain is one of the cat’s who enjoyed chewing the leather one cannot chew this one. She has a thing for iPhone charging cables and the eye glasses strap.This device has saved me many times from my glasses falling or when I need to remove them for a task it’s easy not to misplace them.This chain is perfect.If you want a five star experience snug the band to the glasses. Daily check to make sure they’re snug as sometimes one will loosen through daily activities. Off and on of the glasses multiple times, like me.Hope this helps you enjoy this chain as much as I do.Appearance wise it’s attractive. Classic. Understated. Durable.I’m super pleased with the price and this device’s ability to keep my glasses around my neck during daily use. And, no misplaced glasses. Less oops moments of them falling to the floor. Have had a couple of these for over an year, none of them has oxidized yet.

I made the mistake of believing the haters and bought an adjustable strap holder first that you insert the eyeglass into. Those don’t hold nearly as well as this does.As to these, once you tighten the little loops that fasten onto your glasses, and place them behind the thicker part of your eyeglasses, I don’t see how they can come off. So any reviews saying they just slide right off apparently don’t know how to adjust them or place them.Also, yes, if you want to replace the plastic adjustable fasteners and you have arthritis, it may be challenging because they are in fact, held on by very very small fasteners that you’d have to open. But guess what? there’s no way to make those any bigger if you wait to keep them lightweight. So it’s not a design flaw. It’s your arthritis. Just buy a new pair. They’re only eight bucks. Seriously folks.

Fits well nice and long for larger foljs

I love them! They're exactly what the seller shows, they fit comfortably on my glasses and after having them for a time I hardly even notice it's there but it holds true and keeps my glasses in place when I accidently lean over too far (as my issue is my plastic glasses are too loose and sometimes slip off if I look down).The packaging was a little oversized for such a small product in terms of envelope size, but it did protect the product.

When I received these eye glasses chains, I was very disappointed that they are so long and therefore my glasses hang down too far! Other than that they would have been perfect for my needs. I kept them, but I will try to see if I can shorten the length! If you want a long eye glasses chain, these would be perfect!
