2 huge problems
This seems to be the YD-V16 model.There are 2 huge problems with this item: - No full-duplex (so if both people talk at once, they get canceled out). This is unforgivable for a speakerphone. - No dimming feature. So at night you will have bright headlights in your eyes.

I had one of these it is awesome especially if your driving and don't want anyone to see your on the phone and don't want anyone to see you have a hands free device in your car. The speaker is fantastic and very clear.
