These work very well
I've been trading some electronics between two boats I own on a regular basis. In the past I'd contact Hbird or lowrance and order "their" factory power plugs. Expensive to say the least... Now I splice the female end into a power lead, secure nicely to the deck of the boat (one on each boat) and one male lead to the electronic unit's power cable on the I'm switching back and forth. Simply unplug from one boat and plug into the other.. Could not get any easier. Would work perfectly for and electronics that you may want to disconnect and store securely when not in use as well.

Fits the requirements
Have yet to install, but the item seems well built. Using these to add solar panels for my RV. This will replace the different connector currently installed that came with the RV. Will utilize 2nd in same manner, placing it at the rear of the RV for those days when placing the solar panels at the front of the RV are not an option due to shade or other restrictions.

Battery Box SAE Outlet
Did a DIY battery box for my kayak fish finder, used a SAE surface mount connector to connect to my Garmin Striker 7sv, install was easy, used a step drill bit to make the hole, sealed with silicone, and screwed into the box. Will be used in a wet environment, if failure occurs I will update…

maintain it RV or Boat battery ready for the weekend
The media could not be loaded. The wires are very soft and pliable. You can run them around anything and put them through little wire wire loops to hold it up off the deck at the Boat or RV. Whichever you may have after connecting to the battery I would use the anticorrosion spray in coat the terminals well.

Nice product
Great Quality! Worked perfectly for a quick disconnect on a electric fuel pump on a race car.

Polarity stupidity
I don't understand why the polarity changes! All extension 'things' are this (ie: positive) to this (ie: positive) but on these you need to use the included adapter. That just doesn't make sense and caused me needless troubleshooting.

Battery Quick Connect For Kubota Tractor
Installed these to all for quick connect for various items used on my Kubota. I can use this port to charge the battery, or use for powering 12V equipment that use a SAE connection (Boom sprayer pump). Really is versatile way to connect to the battery without having cables hanging outside of the tractor. Only small issue is the screws have rusted, but would be an easy fix for that. Highly recommend this quick connect power port.
