Good quality HYD crimper
When ordered it shipped right away. Great box, looks like a pro crimper and works like a pro crimper! Makes fantastic crimps especially on 4/0 cable. We're very happy with these especially for the sale price. I recommend these!

Almost perfect but works perfectly fine for 1/0 heavy duty terminals
The piston head that presses on the moving die is not machined flat as you can see toward the left side in the closeup picture of the crimper. In the picture, a small sliver of the angled piston head can be seen between the the black-painted piece to its left and the wood grain to its right. This causes the dies to get slightly out of line with one another. However, the misalignment didn't seem to be a problem when I crimped the 1/0 terminal shown in picture 2. The dies are identified by the metric system, not AWG. I found the 50mm size worked perfectly fine for the 1/0 terminals. Clamping the tool's nose in the vice with the tool pointing straight up seemed to be the easiest way to use it. I'll probably take the tool apart and machine the piston flat one day in the future. For now, it's working fine for my project.

Solid and easy to use
This is the second Hydraulic Crimper I have purchased, the 1st only went up to 1AWG and my recent boat electrical system upgrade needed 1/0 AWG, this crimper has that although the dies are marked in MM instead of AWG. This info was copied from the Product details.MM2: 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120AWG: 6, 4, 3, 2, 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, 4/0Despite the chinglish documentation ( 1 sheet ) it's pretty easy to understand.

Makes Pro Crimp Connections
I'm using this to crimp lugs on 1/0 AWG cable for my battery-to-inverter connections. I tried a cheaper tool before moving up to this one.The dies are easy to change. I counted backwards from the largest 4/0 down to find 1/0 and it works perfect with my lugs. With this crimper I can make totally professional cables that are perfect for my application. Get yourself some cable, some lugs and one of these crimpers and get to work.Good Crimping To You!

4/0 Awg crimper!
It ain't a Temco Crimper.. Its a cheap China made copy.. Yet it works! I crimped this 4/0 Awg 5/16 copper terminal onto this Temco 4/0 Awg cable. I did it twice right around an it's on there for Good! Definitely worth the money in my opinion! Baught this tool to crimp 4/0 awg welding wire on to my alternator to my Lithium batteries to my 8000w cb radio amplifier. It worked Great!

A real force mulitplier!
This is a terrific way to crimp lugs onto large-gauge copper stranded cable. Very easy to regulate. You might include in the future the metric-to-AWG crimp sizes. We had to look those up. I.E., the dies stamped with the number 50 are used to crimp lugs onto 1/0 cable. Thanks again for a great product.
