This is a super starting point for entry into X-wing gaming which is an amazing game. This is the latest version (2nd edition) and has 3 ships in it. This is enough for you to play very basic matches using the escalation system (where one ship is used again when it is defeated). You will need to buy more expansions in order to play a 'normal' version of x-wing but this is a great starting point to play with family or just to try it out and see if you like it.As usual, Fantasy Flight provide great components and the painting on the ships is awesome :)

I was suggested to play this game by a friend in the states. As a Star Wars fan I was interested. I have never really played any table top games so this was a first.Great starter set and value for money. Myself and the partner have played a few games now and Ive begun to buy addons.Be careful this soon becomes an addictive hobby!

I bought as a gift and when opened the models were all out of shape like they had been stored incorrectly. The x wing cabins bend down and the tie wings and bent in at angles. Amazon give the option to contact manufacturer which I did and have been completely ignored . So I am left out of pocket.

As with all of these it's a nice model. Horribly over priced as is the entire range but at least, not being one of the most popular shops, it's not at the top of the price range. The box send designed so you can't open it without destroying it making it hard to save for collectors who also want to play. New rules for the hinged wings are not clear and since the model has hinged wings it would be nice if you had to reflect the rules in the model, but there's no description for that, either.

This does not include shield tokens and only has 5-6 charge counters and does not include any ship numbers or target locks. The Core set only has 4 shield tokens and 6-8 charge counters and ship numbers/target locks 1-6 so you will be short unless you buy more core sets or 2nd edition ships that you likely have already. While necessary this product should not cost more than a core set.

I bought this for a friend - by pure luck it was for the correct version of the game, apparently the older models + contents aren't compatible with the newer version of the game.Seems expensive to me for a small plastic model (Star wars or not!), but If you enjoy the core game i'm sure you'll get the use from it.Best feature is the removable front nose, which is also a standalone ship.Would be five star, but the price could be better, licensing fee's clearly pushing the price up!

I put four stars as value for money as these are so small and in my eyes expensive that said they were a gift for my son in law to be who plays the game and collects these and he was made up . So in that case they were great 👍🏻

The Lando’s Millennium Falcon Expansion Pack is a really nice model I am using for the Star Wars D20 saga system for my RPG Group , Fantasy Flight Games do really nice models for the Star Wars Universe. I recommend this model or any Star Wars RPG game from D6 version to the D20 one.
