I bought these mainly for myself, so they’re fine to me, but I did give one to both of my boys to try and both think they don’t taste good. My older son said it’s too sour. Personally I always have liked sweet/sour candy so they’re more than tolerable for me. I will continue to take them and possibly update on the perceived benefits.The only thing I can speak to after only 2-3 days is the possible thinning of mucus. I happened to pick up a bug from my kids and I’m draining quickly, even though I’m taking musinex too, I don’t normally drain so quickly and effectively, so I believe this to be part of the benefit.

I love this sea moss. Great flavor. I will order again.

This along with shilajit give me my daily mineral requirement. Also helps to use sea salt.

I bought these just to be healthier and replace my multi vitamin, well unexpectedly it has increased my energy, curbed my appetite and I’m losing weight I wasn’t able to lose before. So for that I will give 5 stars! I was worried why I didn’t have an appetite until I remembered I started taking these, I hope this effect is long lasting! I take 3 in the morning and one at night. And this is coming from someone who LOVES to eat, nothing has ever been able to curb my appetite this well except for adipex. I started to notice the benefits on day 6!
