VViViD 3M Clear Paint Protection Vinyl Film 12" Wide Choose Your Size Including Tools (12" x 6")

Product is as stated….very good product for soooo many applications.

Installed on RAV4 headlights with zero experience. No bubbles or peeling off so far.

Bought for my T7 motorcycle and works as it should, not super easy with all the edges but has held up for a year of abuse offroad.

I damaged a fender on my dually pickup. When I had it repaired, the body shop wanted over $100 to purchase and install the factory stone guard panel. I purchased the 3M material and made a paper template from the undamaged stone guard on the opposite fender. I flipped the template and traced it onto the 3M film so it would be the correct shape. I waited a few weeks for the paint to cure, thoroughly cleaned the area of the fender with soap, rinsed, then cleaned with alcohol. Used a baby shampoo spray solution for application. Took maybe 5 minutes to clean, prep, position and squeegee. Still looks great (can hardly tell it is there) several months later. This was a much cheaper solution.

Possibly the worst quality ppf I have ever used. I used professionally install ppf from xpel and sometimes 3m but nothing has come close to being as bad as this for installation and final use. there was barely any stretching the ppf and when you did there was not using heat to bring it back, it was just deformed. Not only that the adhesion is not good at all and don't get me started on the appearance it looks good once it's installed until you do anything to it, swirled up from a clean microfiber and some basic detailing spray. And then even worse it started peeling on the corners after 30 minutes, horrible.Also the included squeegee sucks, the included felt does not stick well and is not cut to size, just not nice at all.

Unfortunately the roll of product I received had a masking tape material left attached and still taped onto the clear vinyl film from which I could only assume was the manufacturing and or sizing/cutting process which caused the product to yellow where the tape had not been removed prior to final packaging.I purchased this vinyl for vehicle use, so ultimately I ended up with clearly visible yellow streaks showing up in my installed clear layer of protective film. (Quality control issue.. as previous identical item purchase a couple years ago did not have this issue, so maybe only some rolls are affected).
