Love these probes.
these extender probes work great for situations that can be dangerous due to high voltages. I was able to use them in with confidence in that my hands were out of the way of incidental contact. the probes are long enough to reach into deep cabinets, starters, and tight places. the light is useless - to big.

the probe extensions work. which is all I was trying to get, but the light is the most absolutely worthless thing. the design is terrible. the anode of the led has a thin ramp to sit on and ride up when you turn it on. but just falls off so it doesnt stay on.

The extenders are nice, if you need this sort of thing
The extenders are nice, if you need this sort of thing. I do. I have four sets, so I can reach to the back of deep battery cabinets. I use two or three pair almost daily. I like that they are short enuf individually to fit in my toolbox. But the lights are terrible. They click on with the lightest touch, which means that the slightest jostling in the toolbox turns them on and drains the battery. Of the four sets I bought, two were already dead in the package! Turning them off takes very deliberate pressure on the switch. Backward from what it should be. Useless if they're always dead. I use a flashlight instead, or some taped-on Keychain lights.
