Not as expected compared to other Board books I’ve seen. This book has more individual recipes to add to boards or other items for feeding a crowd. Not sure if I will use it often. I’ve added it to my cookbook collection, but don’t think it will get much use. Maybe I’ll give it away to someone else.

I bought the first copy at a garden centre and liked it so much that I have bought 2 more copies for gifts . Lovely photos and interesting recipes.

The format is lots of individual recipes that can be stand alone dishes or combined to be a sharing mix.The recipes are easy, but flavoursome & delicious. Ingredients are not difficult to source. This is a book offering recipes for casual entertaining, which will wow your guests.
