perfect for lunches
Easy to use. Very easy to clean. Mine came with the mat. I did use a sharpie marker to label the pieces for ease of use for all the different types of sushi I can make. I can't wait to make different types of sushi for my lunch so easily. The reviews of others is spot on. I know with practice I'll get better at it, but for using for the first time, I find it goes faster to make sushi rolls that with the mat.

Instructions a little difficult!
We found this to be a little difficult to use. The instructions have photos but it’s hard to reference with hands full of rice. I think it would be beneficial to have the letters on the actual pieces I may try to sharpie them on there myself next attempt to make it easier to follow the instructions! We did use the hand roll tool and found that to be the most simple.
