The only feedback i have is that in the product description of the same watch in other country there is link where you can register your casio watch and extend the warranty for another 6 months for free. But here in amazon.ae they don't have that. Don't know if it's amazon's fault or Casio doesn't provide extended warry in this region. And yes, delivery was quick and smooth.

For starters, this is an authentic watch. I ran the serial number and it came back confirmed. Authenticity is always a concern of mine when ordering online...you just never know these days.Now, on to the watch. I have had many and am a bit of a collector. I haven't had this one long yet, but I can already tell it will be my daily driver There is a bit of a learning curve to getting it set up but once you do, it functions perfectly. The crown makes set up a little more complicated than it needs to be but aesthetically, it adds the classy touch of a dive watch.The illumination is top notch and the hour hands turn on with the LED backlight. All viewing angles are sharp and crisp.So far, all alto and barometer functions are perfect. The compass was even calibrated correctly out of the box. Thermometers are relatively useless on watches, since they are warmed by your body, but it can easily be taken off for about 20 minutes and get a decent ambient reading. All hands line up perfectly and the digital time matches the hands dead on (I obsess over things being synchronized correctly). The casing is large but not that goofy looks "cartoonish" size and I have medium sized wrists. The band is comfortable, and while not a necessity under any means, the part that contacts your skin glows in the dark for a bit which is oddly satisfying. The watch keeps great time. I was weary of this one in particular due to the lack of reviews, but I can verify that it is exactly as described.Pros:# Great readability# Hands align perfectly with the markers and digital time# Navigation is easy once past the initial learning curve (took me 20 minutes tops to get it calibrated and set up to my liking)# Beautiful classy, yet rugged, appearance# The illumination and backlight are ridiculously awesome# Strap is comfortable# Watch is that rare balance of light in weight, yet notably durable# I love divers, so this is subjective, but the crown is awesome looking and the knurling is just enough for a good gripCons: Only thing I'm not 100 percent stoked on is that the face is not recessed. I can see it accumulating some scratches over timeI will update in another month or so if anything changes or indicates poor quality. Otherwise, fantastic watch!

Bought it because I was reluctant to wear my g shocks for formal occasions. So this will mostly be my office watch.Looks perfect and the strap is super super comfortable.I have several g shocks and this is my first protrek. But after much research I won't be buying any more protreks(hopefully). This is the best there is and I am elated to have it.As and when this one croaks I might buy her again. Or maybe I will buy another of the same when my wallet gets a bit heavier. Who knows.

Really good for a military personnel for sure. Also a great collection for a casio lover or watch collector. The look and design is really rich and neat.Only had think about it is that is quite costly. Go for it during sale.

I have many casio watches. This was my first outdoor series.I have plenty of use for pressure reading (baro), UTC and height info requirement due to my work in defense. So it is a really a time saver for me.Strap glows all night and insides too(dims after sometime) so again helpful for me .Id like to add that the DR version has the straps blues and insides are green. Other versions I know off is the all green.NOTE: You need to calibrate all readings before u want all features. And BE Careful doing that.Also the SL92 and SL 99 have better lighting than SL100.Cheers ..!

Before Purchase:I was looking for an analog/digital watch for some time until I stumbled upon this one. I'm not a big fan of G-Shock series which makes the watches unnecessarily complicated by design and bulky in looks. The closest I was to buy a watch was the Casio G970, but was not convinced completely so the search was still on. This watch became the immediate choice the moment I saw it on Amazon. It looked great in its grey color and all the elements on the dial gave it a good sporty look. The glowing strap of the watch was definitely a unique one that I had never seen in any other watch. I was about to order it and then I looked at the price. It was costing twice more the budget I had for a watch. Bummer!! A little wait for the right moment, Prime day sale, helped to get some discounts and made the watch affordable. Ordered... Shipped... Delivered... Damn!After Purchase:The watch looks amazing!!! In spite of being a bit over budget, the watch stands out compared to other watches available in the market. It's unique and worth the extra bucks. It took me some time to understand all the functions of the watch and how to operate it. I experimented with some like the Temperature, Compass, and Altimeter, but then I left it after setting up the time and have not experimented any further. I cannot confirm for the Barometer function but the compass and temperature were pretty accurate. The most useful feature is the backlight which I use to see the time at night, moving away from checking the time on my mobile and getting blasted with all the light from the big screen when you are sleepy. If you are wearing the watch, you can change the settings to automatically switch on the backlight when you move your hand to see the time. Its a great feature but can consume more battery. The analog and digital time are exactly matched, unlike some other watches where you have to set up both the times separately never getting the exact sync.All in all, this is a great watch and a must buy if you like watches. This is the 5th addition to my watch collection and will remain one of the best ever.
