Great option for an ebike
This is a great, inexpensive option for an ebike build. It allows your thumb or twist throttle to be on the correct (right) side of the handlebars with the shifter. It shifts great and the indexing is right on.

Great replacement for worn out grip shifter
The grip shifter on my 12 year old Specialized had gotten next to impossible to turn. I prefer a trigger shift anyway so was glad I found this one on Amazon for less than $13. It came with no instructions but it’s pretty easy and lots of videos on line if you need. Cable could be a little longer as others have said…I had to shorten my loop on the derailleur end a bit (my bike was an XL size). I later put one on my wife's bike (which is a M) and the cable length was fine. All in all, a great value!

Excellent value
This quality of this lever shifter is excellent. It was easy to install to replace an in handle shifter. It works very well.

Big improvement over stock grip shifters on a Schwinn Wayfair.
I bought a 3yr old Schwinn Wayfair that had been neglected and abused for $10. Went thru the bike cleaned adjusted greased and used this shifter to replace the damaged grip shifter. Very satisfied with the function an ease of installation. Now I have an extra bike I can use as a loaner for visiting family members.

Light duty good
When used under hard conditions (winter, ice snow frozen cables) bight light, not always working.

top drawer with one caveat
Functions very well and looks good BUT the clamp that mounts it to the handlebar is not very substantial and tightens with quite a tiny phillips head bolt. I mounted mine with carbon paste between the mount and carbon handlebar. So far it's staying in place but as yet I haven't frantically and clumsily tried to find a larger cog when going uphill. That will be the test. If the mount had been more robust I would given it a top rating without reservation.
