Have proper tools and dont hit the new one trying to put it in you will damage the part.
Its a bit challenging removing the piece with out the proper tools and its even more challenging putting it back in...I had to use a torche to remove it used an old socket the size of the suport bushing then hit it with a hammer..Its impossible to put the new one back in if you dont have the prens,i took it to my local repair shop and had them put it back in it cost me 25 dollars in labor it took about 5 minutes.
