Exact replacement and fit.
Design is very faithful to OEM part. Comes with new gasket. Electrical connection matches perfectly. Performs exactly like original part. Very satisfied with this product. Not very difficult to install.

Blower fit exactly as OEM and came with a new gasket,10 minute install job in my 05 Explorer.

The fan motor works like a charm
Be careful to not pinch any vacuum hoses when installing this motor. The fan motor works like a charm, but I had to install it twice because I pinched a vacuum hose the first time I installed it. This is an easy DIY job except for the slightly cramped quarters.

I could see the blower wheel was balanced ( small weight on wheel ) which is very important considering the high speed the motor turns the wheel. I see on other reviews of different brands the complaint was vibration which will tear up motor or wheel.
