Really pleased to get these Immune Nation capsules as they have some great ingredients, they do not have artificial bulking agents, and they do not taste horrible.You get 60 capsules in a pack. Take two capsules a day with or without food, although I find them better with food. So this pack lasts 30 days for £12, or just 40p per day. Much better value than some effervescent tablets.I wanted them for the turmeric extract for the anti-inflammatory properties, with the black pepper for maximum absorption properties.I wanted the selenium as it is good for; slowing age-related mental decline, reducing the risk of heart disease, and generally boosting the immune system.I wanted the Reishi mushroom extract as it helps enhance the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue.A lot of great ingredients.

The first thing that struck me about these vitamins is that they come in a handy resealable, and recyclable pouch. As well as being better for the environment, and saving on plastic this pouch slots in the cupboard much more easily than a plastic tub.The packaging looks professional and it straight away gives me confidence in the product and the brand.It has a great combination of vitamins and minerals to help boost immunity which I think at the current time with the pandemic is something that we could all do with having. The capsules are what I would call a mid size, they don’t have any smell or flavour and I find they go down easily. It contains 60 capsules.

This is a really high quality supplement and you can see by the ingredients used e.g. Use of Acerola instead of standard lab made Ascorbic Acid for Vitamin C. Research shows that botanical Vitamin C is more potent and effective than lab based Vitamin C. Another example is the use of Methylcobalamin instead of Cyanocobalamin for the B12.Whist the overall strengths are low, the combination of VItamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Copper and others makes this a really useful supplement to have all of these high quality ingredients to support immune health. It also has probiotics. Again, these are lower then what you would get in a standard probiotic supplement but again the combination of all these ingredients creates a nice synergy.I really liked the packaging and overall really impressed with this supplement. Will continue using this on a regular basis.

I have had an interest in the health food business for quite some time and I always enjoy finding new products. This is a very interesting formula, as it combines essential nutrients to form an immune-related product. It has a range of key vitamins, minerals, herbs and probiotics. On paper, this is a great formula. My only concern is the use of mushrooms. Anyone with IBS type of symptoms can get quite a violent reaction to concentrated mushrooms. Whilst mushrooms can boost immunity they can also create gas, bloating and a very upset stomach. So if you have a problematic stomach, please use this product with care.Overall it is a great product and will help boost immunity, just be careful it does not create stomach issues as well. Recommended.

A one month supply of capsules (60 capsules X 2 a day) in a resealable pouch rather than a tub or bottle which makes storing a little easier. The capsules are fairly large but pretty normal in size for supplements and are easy to swallow with a gulp of water.They do have a slight odour and aftertaste which is hard to describe I'll translate my daughters description of the odour and taste into 'funky and grassy". They're not unpleasant and the aftertaste is only for a few seconds so it's not a big deal.At £11.95 for one month supply makes these capsules on the more expensive side when looking at comparable supplements. Are prices being hiked up on supplements due to the pandemic and the concerns of folk who wish to ensure their body is in optimum condition!

Brilliant immune support supplement to help boost your immune system. I've taken vitamin C, D, and zinc religiously in high doses for years and often within similar complexes to this one which has some great extras including the selenium and vitamin A which I've also taken separately for years along with some copper in these to help balance the zinc, so am very confident about the benefits and feel very happy to recommend them. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure but otherwise they seem a good option and will last around a month if sticking tot he two a day recommended. .

Excellent combination of vitamins and probiotics. Elderberry is a great source of vitamin c and brilliant for the immune system, it has been used for many years. I still pick elderberries every year and make a syrup for the winter. I was all ready taking vitamin D and C as well as zinc, so this is a much more convenient way, I just take two capsules a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no after taste. I like the resealable pouch, keeps them nice and fresh and no horrible plastic. I like that the company list every ingredient and hide nothing. Excellent price.
