Very good tasting. Might be my favorite. The green is a little to green and I assume it's some crazy food coloring but I sent mind.

Die rote Soße ist vergleichbar mit einer sehr billigen Chillisoße, es dominiert der Geschmack von billigem Essig. Von Wasabi kein Spur - wie auch bei 1% Anteil? Chili (welches?) ist vorhanden, aber auch nicht wirklich aromatisch.Den fehlenden Wasabigeschmack hätte man sich denken können… aber halt nicht glauben wollen, schließlich wird Wasabi ja groß beworben. Reingefallen.Die grüne Soße ist deutlich besser. Wasabigeschmack kommt durch. Allerdings dominieren hier auch „Fremdaromen“. Tatsächlich wird es wohl besser sein, eine gute Wasabipaste stark zu verdünnen und selbst abzuschmecken. Fazit: kann man kaufen, muss man aber nicht.Insgesamt für das Set: Werde ich garantiert nicht nochmals kaufen.

I’ve been using the green sauce as a replacement for actual wasabi in home-made spring rolls. The liquidified form is easy to apply evenly (no “hot bites”) however I’ve been going through the sauce really quickly.The red sauce tastes more like a traditional hot sauce, and we can’t really taste the wasabi flavouring. As far as hot sauces go, I’d consider this a medium heat but flavourful sauce.If you are looking for a wasabi-tasting sauce, I recommend buying the green sauce on its own (it comes in multipacks for less per unit than this combo pack).If you are looking for a flavourful hot sauce, the red sauce is worth trying, however I feel that pricing is too high relative to other comparable-tasting hot sauces.

I was very excited to try this combo and I wasn’t disappointed. There is the green and the red sauce both mixed with wasabi. The red sauce tastes just like hot sauce but with a subtle flavour of wasabi. The green sauce gives a full wasabi taste and it is like a runny wasabi mix added with water and oil. The red sauce is good to go with all types of foods. The green sauce is more for sushi and sushi rolls and even as a dip for fillets. I feel the green sauce is the more hotter version of the combo. Overall, a good combination for wasabi lovers.
