So overall a nice set up and a great way to take control of your pain without medications.

This is really a magic infrared light therapy. I thought it would be somehow big, but I didn't expect it to be very small. It's just like a mini flashlight, which can even be put into my pants pocket and carried with me. In fact, it's as simple as a flashlight, with only one button to control the switch.Another thing beyond my imagination is it doesn't emit heat like the infrared therapeutic instrument I bought before, but only emits red light and no heat.

So far I like it a lot. I always have problems with neck muscles , I can't move my neck and the infrared light lowers the pain and I feel much better after using it. It's compact and fits in my purse, so I can take it anywhere I go

I used this for my neck shoulder problems which has bothers me for a while, I have seen therapist , dry needles...After I used this device, one thing I am very happy is my right arm can stretch to the back without pain. I am still using it, every time 5 minutes to ease the pain of other spot. Compared to the price I paid to the therapist, I am happy that I have a handy device to make the pain go away. I don't want to use any drugs (pain killer). the battery seems last very long, I have not used the other one yet.
