Paint does NOT match at all.
Paint is not even close to a match. Firenze Red is a metallic paint. The tiny bottle of touch up paint was too dark and not metallic. The chemical smell in the box was terrible upon arrival when nothing had been opened yet.

Did not work well or look good
I had high hopes for this. Bought a car with few surface scratches on hood. Was hopeful this would work well. Followed instructions and applied product. When it came to sanding and blending product did not hold up. Would not stay in the scratch. Washed area with isopropyl alcohol etc. product would peel up when sanding it to blend. Disappointed based on the reviews I had seen. Out 2 packages of this stuff but lesson learned.

Great Customer Service
Although the color was not an exact match, the customer service made up for it. The immediate response for my issue and quick resolution was superb. They handled it very professionally and didn't need endless emails to resolve it.
