I can really tell a difference if I stop taking this product which is why I know it actually works. My hair grows faster and my nails stronger. There is no taste, easy to take in plain water. I have been using this product for over a year. I noticed the effects in a few weeks.

I don’t know if it was because of the weather or what, but my nails had been breaking like crazy and I was over it. A friend of mine recommended this stuff and it has seriously changed my nails completely! They are a TON stronger and are growing like weeds. I just drop some of this in a little water and drink it!

Alright i'm 18 and i know that taking collagen at a young age could disrupt your natural levels, silica is known to boost collagen production and GAL did it boost it, skin is glowing, my hair less frizzy, my knees hurt less, and nails are growinggg i just feel better overall. Very disappointed that the recommended dose didn't even last 1 month! Too short a time to determine its effectiveness! Will not buy again only because of this. Yes, I carefully counted each drop!

I love to use this. I’ve been taking them for a little over 6 months and can definitely see a change. I feel so much better over all. I did have a hard time finding something to mask the distinct taste/flavor these concentrates have but after trying a few juices I’ve come to the conclusion that cranberry juice goes the best with them!For those who have trouble swallowing capsule/tablet vitamins, I definitely recommend! I always keep coming back to their store to purchase more of what my body needs!
