Very cheap build quality.
The media could not be loaded. Just 3 pulls and the fastners haven broken apart.Build quality is absolute rubbish.Fastners should have been made of sturdy metal, but built using cheap plastic.

Absolute frustration guaranteed
Main reasons:1. Unscientifically designed as Springs entangle with each after they stretch & relax.2. If you are wearing shorts, your skin can easily be pinched in it. I hurt myself.3. There is no precise indication of amount of pressure on both sides. So high chances of unbalanced exercise. Too bad.4. Foot straps are so cheap that they are bound to break in no time. Cheap material.5. Packaging - Don't ask. It can't be worst than that.But million thanks to Amazon - they processed the return within seconds.Thank you Amazon, once again.
