The supply in my area has very low voltage during peak hours and the inverter keeps going in backup mode due to low supply voltage. After installing the stabilizer, the voltage issue has been fixed. It looks sleek and is very silent.

Warning - All the things of aulten are good and latest,,but don't expect any product related services by them. If you living outside Delhi,they have no service centre or contact in other state except Delhi.I had used their 5kva model and after a month,got a defect,, their team are well trained to postpone the things,, it's been 3 week and no assistance or replacement provided by Aulten. So if you want to buy their products plz be aware and you will have to pay more after defect yet in warranty.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE 27 AUGUST 2024 :Stabilizer is working well still after 4 years. No issues whatsoever. Just adding one point if you are shifting to new location or buying lots of big electrical and electronics products at once instead of buying separate stabilizers for each of the item like Refrigerator, TV, Washing Machine etc., you can just buy this one for half the price and it's going to work like a charm.ORIGINAL REVIEW JULY, 2021:Overview, Warranty and Order :I live in sub-urban area and with such location comes severe electrical problems. Not only power outage for hours but also bad voltage fluctuation problem. I have been researching for a good stabilizer for whole house and Choice was between V-Guard and Aulten. I picked Aulten looking at reviews and speaking to customer care twice before purchase especially on warranty as I am in South India and manufacturer/seller is in Delhi. Once convinced that warranty will be taken care which is full replacement with Aulten borne transportation costs within 1 year of purchase without hassles I placed the order.Installation :Aulten does not provide installation. We need to get it installed ourselves (electrician or self). Although I am a Software Engineer I like DIY at home. So after reading product details in Amazon and product page and with my existing Electrical and electronics hobby knowledge I went for installation myself but not without dry run using my Iron box which was absolutely no hassle. Once dry run with iron box was successful I just connect input wires from mains, output wires to home mains and most importantly Earthing and powered on and it was running smoothly.Usage :I have Luminous UPS 1100, 900VA, 756 watts model which is most common in India. I just needed to connect stabilizer during mains on condition as the power fluctuations are very bad and hover around 170-270 volts throughout the day. But my load is only light load on 6 Amp line. I realised after purchase maybe I could have gone for 3KVA model as customer care suggested or even 2KVA model but nonetheless even if in future I upgrade my UPS this is still good. So if you are looking for UPS upto 4000 Watts this is still good for you.But... Problem :As few reviewers have already mentioned buy this ONLY if you have severe voltage variations throughout the day. DO NOT BUY if for most of the day you have voltage between 210-240 volts. There is a real problem of unusual buck and boost voltages as other reviewers have mentioned especially Mr. Devi's review. I have observed exact same voltage output problems when voltage is between 210-240 volts. For this I suggest company to upgrade circuit logic and add automatic bypass. This is extremely important so that when mains voltage is between 210-240 the stabilizer will just bypass. V-Guard stabilizer has this feature but it has other problems which is why I didn't buy that. But in case your voltage is outside of 210-240 most of the time then this is excellent choice.Conclusion :Excellent purchase overall despite few problems as mentioned above. I can recommend. I purchased Aulten 5KVA voltage Stabilizer last year, i am having very bad condition of voltage in my area. But after i put this Stabilizer the voltage problem is no more, this saved my all electrical equipments, before the Stabilizer my inverter motherboard damaged 2 times but after it I didn’t see that issue anymore. Somehow just a week before the one year completion of replacement duration the Stabilizer stopped working. Then I reached out Aulten support via WhatsApp, and they gave me replacement even the complete process reached at the end of replacement duration i.e one year from purchase. I am very happy with such kind of service from Aulten, I recommend this for all who are looking for decent and cost effective mainline Voltage stabiliser.Pros:Sleek design easily fit on wall, not like other box shaped stablizers which tooks dedicated wall stand.Easy to install.Cons:Nothing found so far.

HiI found this product for my home where the electrcity supply is fluctuating frequently. This is causing damage to my house equipments. This product weighs 20 Kg. I have kept it just below the supply bus bar box where the BESCom supply is terminating to my house. Installation was pretty easy. And initial observation is that it is working nicely. I expect a max load of 5 KVA for my home, but purchased an 8KVA for a factor of saftey. Indeed a good product. There is a option to bypass stabiliser in case of any issues. I dont need to do any wiring change in such a situation like night time etc. I recommend this as a cost effective and repair money saving option for houses.

Product is not working as per application it was showing wrong valve according to the energy meter so create cut off voltage difference it does not decrease voltage and stop power supply so if you buy good stabilizer for main line then you have to be purchase servo stabilizer it was works properly.

[1] I requested for a replacement of the first delivery, as it appear to be a used item with visible scratches and the transformer moving around; probably the bolt and nut assembly securing it was loose.[2] I don't understand why the stabilizer steps-up the voltage to 245+ when the input voltage is 235 or so. It should simply auto bypass or do nothing as it is safe. And, it steps down to 210 when input voltage is between 230 and 235. Is this normal?Had great expectations about the build quality; but, it's just average and nothing to brag about.BTW, if the vendor could provide details on [2] it would be great!
