I am on my second day of use. The taste is something to get used to. Based on how I felt around my normal 1:30-2:00pm lag it works! I will try it for a week and see how my energy level is after a full day of work. If I have the energy to clean during the week after work then we have a winner. If I have energy to wake early to workout before work fantastic! and I will reorder more.

I make sure I take it to work with me. As I work over 8 hours a day, I don't want to take it too soon. I feel more energetic when I have it at the beginning of the day than when I don't. I am on the go and need the energy to get thru my day.

It taste dreadful!

Gets very sticky over time in storage

I was not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised with how well the product worked. I just felt I had extra energy all day - not a rush or nervous feeling, just a feeling of more energy. The flavor is not great, but they do clearly suggest you drink with fruit juice - I have not done this as I am following the Keto diet. I would buy again. However, it is pricey. If you keep in the refrigerator, it does not clump as had been written in other reviews.

The clumping can usually be taken care of by shaking and refrigerating but it was AWFUL this time. Half the product is stuck to the “do not eat” absorption packet.

This stuff really truly gives me energy. I have chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia and it's the first stuff that really has helped with the fatigue. If I take too much I do get the Big D. but it's worth it.
