This was my second order from Judee’s. The first time I used the eggs in baking goods, etc. I was really satisfied with the results. The second time I ordered, I wanted to try the eggs as an omelette as an experiment and again I love the results. I can’t tell the difference in the Judee’s eggs made into omelets from an actual egg!

I want to let everyone know I am sorry for the delayed review, but did not have anything to bake until now. I used this in place of eggs in 3 cakes I made. I added the dry egg to the cake mix powder and the water to the liquids in the recipe. The cakes were wonderful!! Would not know there was not eggs in it. The cakes rose and baked beautifully! I am happy I found these!! Will buy again!!

This is my second time I've purchased this product. As I haven't purchased from a different company, I can't compare it to another company . But from my experience using it, I haven't had any problems with it. I was satisfied with the amount of the product; it's just me by myself so if you have others to cook for, I'd suggest a larger bag

I use these eggs when preparing my mixes for a quick breakfast convience

Got this for a canoe camping trip with 7 teenaged boys. The key is to let the mixture sit for a bit before cooking. Made breakfast burritos with these eggs, and premade bacon. So good!

I always use 3 eggs at a time both for scrambled eggs and in all my recipes, and to measure Judee's powder for 3 eggs is way too much measuring and easy to lose count of how much you're in the middle of measuring. Augason Farms Pasteurized Dried Whole Egg Powder is much less measuring for 3 eggs, so I'm going back to Augason.
