I have been pre-diabetic for years, started drinking Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketones Powder shake almost every morning for breakfast for 8 months, along with eating a Perfect Keto Mallow Munch bar. My fasting glucose and A1C down significantly enough that my doctor was literally surprised. May be other factors involved, such as some minor diet adjustments and moderate exercise (I am 64 with bad knees) but my weight has stayed the same, so may be a correlation with using this product. Chocolate taste and texture surprisingly palatable compared to similar products. I plan to stick with this routine to maintain glucose at normal levels.

It's not going to taste like a krispy treat from mom's kitchen. Get that out of your head. If you are doing keto or low carb, however, this is a nice treat. It is crispy and lightly sweet. Pairs well with coffee. It has a a small hint of that buttery flavor you get from the real thing.I will say this though, unlike a standard krispy treat, this tastes much better when it is cool room temperature. It retains a lot of crunch and the sweetness is more forward. I made the mistake of letting a wrapped bar rest on top of my coffee cup for a bit while I was working. This warmed the bar up a bit and the experience was lacking. The flavor was dull, the krispies got a little mushy and it was sticky. Room temperature or chilled is the sweet spot for enjoying this treat. Pun intended.

I've been eating the same breakfast for almost four years now. I have a bottle of protein cold brew and one of these bars. It's a great way to start my day. I like the regular flavor but the chocolate is great. They do trend toward a bitter dark chocolate flavor which might turn some people off. My toddler likes them too!Pay attention to the use-by date on these bars. It's not just a suggestion but a must. They get stale very quickly afterward.

I've been keto for several years and am well aware that not all "keto replacements" are exactly like their full-carb counterparts. That said, this one isn't even close. The taste is... hard to describe. It's alright, has some sweetness, but doesn't do anything to imitate a traditional crisp rice treat. Then the texture takes a turn for the worst and becomes tough and dense. The "soft chewiness" referenced on the wrapper are, in a word, false. Then, just as you're working to get it out of your teeth, the aftertaste lands, and any notion you may have had about a favorite childhood treat is gone.The worst part? In all my years purchasing keto food on Amazon, I've never been met with a product that is ineligible for a full refund. I guess I should have taken that as a warning sign that there isn't a high degree of confidence in this product. I will be wary of this brand in the future.

I bought these when another keto rice krispy alternative was out of stock… and oooof they were disappointing in comparison. Texture and taste are off. Not a fan.

I was so excited for a keto alternative. As soon as I took one out of the box, I knew it wouldn’t be good because it felt like a brick. It was so hard I was worried I might chip a tooth. I broke a piece off and while the flavor was good, it was very stale and hard. For this price, I’d expect a better product.

I decided to try this flavor after having the regular marshmallow flavor a while back. And I think this one tastes better than that one. For a keto friendly crispy treat, it's good! I did like the original flavor when I had it, but not enough to buy a second box. This was on sale, and since it was a different flavor, I figured why not? And yeah, I can see myself buying this one again.

I honestly don't know why a lot of people are against this product. Of course it's keto so it's not going to taste like actual Rice Krispies treats but it is so delicious that you don't even realize it's keto. I already bought box two and three before I finished box one. I give it five stars.
