Harvard Chemical Research Sheen C-40 is a new generation water-based acrylic emulsion that penetrates the surface to create a water repelling barrier and sealer on concrete and masonry surfaces. Dries to a clear hard finish which prevents powdering and dusting of concrete. It is ultra-violet resistant for exterior applications in direct sunlight and has excellent weather durability. Sheen C-40 is ideal for concrete, flagstone, concrete exposed aggregate, stucco, sandstone, saltillo tile(Mexican Tile), grout. Breathable. No moisture blushing. UV resistant. VOC compliant. Tough and durable. Interior and exterior applications. Oil and stain repellent. Safe on glass. Note: tools may be cleaned with soapy water immediately following use. Appearance: milky solution.
