Good, thick water proof not easy to trim but can be trimmed to size

We sold our old dining room table because it was so well made that it was just too heavy for us to open and put the leaves in. And the leaves weighed a ton. We are not as young as we used to be. The old table had custom made pads so we couldn't use them. We bought a new more modern and much lighter weight table and bought this size for the new table when both extensions are not in. It is a perfect size and is very protective below our table cloth.

This gets a 5 star due to the heaviness of the item. However, I gave it 4 stars as it arrived folded and the wrinkles were so large that I had to iron it on the wrong side (the felt side) in order for it to look good under my tablecloth. I don't mind ironing but I gave it 4 stars because I believe it has to be ironed. I don't know how else to get the wrinkles out unless maybe the dryer would work? It would be awesome if they could mail it in a tube and mail it rolled instead of folded. But it really is the nicest pad I've had for the table other than the custom pads you can have made specifically for your table. It is heavy duty and not flimsy. It is also easy to cut to fit the tabletop exactly and it doesn't slide around. I will probably order another two (one for one leaf and the other for no leaves).

Good quality, soft and thick

I’ve purchased two of these and I absolutely love them. I have a table with two leaves so one I’ve cut down which will work with either one or both of the leaves in place. Very easy to trim to your desired size while being a nice weight.

We just bought a new 70" dining table and are relieved to have found this liner to protect it. Although the liner is thin, it is very effective in protecting our table from the heat from our dishes. Our spills went through our tablecloth but not the liner. It wasn't stained after we wipe up the spills immediately. The size was larger than what we needed but It was very easy to cut with a pair of scissors. It also keeps our tablecloth in place.

The padding was not as thick as I expected but it works well.

Very nice quality Heavy duty is worth it for sure.
