I use this every night to sleep in, it’s way more effective than scrunching my hair up in a small bonnet every night, and dealing with the knots from that. I’d like thicker silk or a double layer of silk, but this is great! I have less damage than ever before, and my hair is soft. If I go without the bonnet I get super dry brittle hair and it just starts snapping off. My hair is delicate, soft, but needs extra protection when I sleep, it easily knots with my curls. I got the gold color, and it’s beautiful.

It’s extremely tight on your head and I have a very small head. I left it on for 5 minutes and the elastic left marks on my upper forehead. I can’t imagine how it would have looked if I slept with it.

The material on this cap is very nice. It does a good job of managing my hair underneath my CPAP machine to help with hair loss from breakage. My only negative comment is it is a little snug on my very large head - that won’t affect most people with normal sized heads. It would be nice if it was just a little larger around with a little more of a stretchy elastic. But I would still recommend this cap. I have been very happy with all of the Lily Silk sleep caps I have purchased. They are well packaged and a very nice material.

I bought it to treat my postpartum hair loss. It helps to keep my hair smooth and healthy!Also, it will still keep my long hair straight after I woke up in the morning.I also like the way / looks when I wear a bonnet.From the above I highly recommend this bonnet!!
