BomcosyOutdoor 2700K Solar Patio String Lights (G40, 100 ft | Solar)

I've been waiting until I survived the Boston winter to write a review!! These lights are awesome! I got them June '22 and it is now April '23. My lights are hanging on my fence in my yard. They are my favorite part of my yard! I love when they turn on once the sun sets. Recently, I noticed a few bulbs weren't working and I frowned thinking, "oh no, I was just going to write my review", lol. I gently tightened the bulbs & they work perfectly. There was slight moisture in them but I'm assuming it's because they needed to be tightened. Make sure the solar panel is facing the sun...and ENJOY!!

I ordered this product and one light didn't work, believe a faulty socket was the culprit. I contacted the seller and through a few emails they sent me a replacement set at no charge. All working and looks great on my fence! They are very courteous and fast with the correspondence and solution to problems. Highly recommend these lights and this seller!

These lights were still on at 6:30 am. Great mood lighting. My husband shortened the light string to work for our space & the lights still work perfectly. Love the remote & features. The second night the lights did not come on automatically but I remembered the company sent me an email with info. The lights did not come on because we used the remote to turn off the lights the first night. I followed the instructions and turned the lights on with the remote & let them turn off on their own and the following night the lights automatically came back on as they should so just remember if you use the remote to turn off the lights they will not automatically turn back on. So far so good. Impressed with these lights.

The solar panel works great, is darkness sensing and the light from the system is good and the remote option settings are great. Except, the lightbulbs for this supposedly outdoor system are not sealed or waterproof. After a month ALL of the bulbs are now filled with water and many no longer work (see pictures). How could you make light bulbs that aren't even sealed air tight? I Iooked all over their pages and no way to contact customer service. And since it's after 90 days, o way to return it or get bulbs that won't just fill up with water again. (see pictures)

Within a short amount of time the bulbs had water in the bottom of them. Now many of them are completely full of water.

I had very specific criteria in my search for bistro lights. They had to be long enough in length, have a remote control, and be solar powered. This was the only choice I could find that ticked all the boxes.So they are suitable for the most parts, but there are some definite drawbacks:-Biggest flaw is that there is no option to turn the lights on during the daytime. The sensor simply does not allow you to. Normally this would be fine, but the sensor isn't that sensitive and it has to be pretty darn dark outside before they turn on. I wish I could use these as the sun is setting. The manufacturer tells you to cover the panel with a cloth to allow it to turn on...but I imagine most people would mount the panel on their roof like we did to get sun exposure and so there's no cord hanging down your wall. So it's extremely impractical to have to climb on a ladder every time you want to do this.-Second is that the lightbulbs are not terribly bright. They are more for ambience VS giving off much light. I imagine a hardwired light set would be brighter.-I can't speak to how weatherproof this truly is since I am in So Cal and the weather is typically very nice here. However, what I can say is that the lights stopped responding to the remote after we had some windy weather. Because of the lack of instructions included in the set, I didn't know how to fix it.Turns out, I guess maybe the windy weather messed up the sensor maybe and disrupted the pairing of the remote with the panel. If this happens to you, hold + and - until your patio lights flash. This means they are paired again and your remote should be able to control the lights again. (Thanks to Amazon for helping me figure that out).All in all, the functionality of this product is not intuitive, even for people like me who generally can figure gadgets out. They really need to include instructions. I noticed other reviewers noted frustrations that seemed like a simple set of instructions would have helped with. All in all, they are nice, but don't know if I would repurchase. I would hope I can find something better by that time.UPDATE: The seller did reach out to me and told me they are trying to produce a new version of these lights, taking customer suggestions into account. I appreciate their concern, so a POSITIVE on their customer service!

I read a lot of the reviews and decided to take a chance and but these lights. So glad I did! They are perfect! I live in Florida therefore lots of sun. I placed the solar panel in the ground so that I can cover it if I want the lights on during the day. Some of the reviews said couple of the lights didn't go on. This happened to me as well however upon investigating, the bulb was loose and just needed to be tightened. No big deal. The remote works great. So far so good. They don't need a lot of time in the sun for charging. I set them up early evening first day and they only had about 1 hours of sun and they still worked all night we turned them off after 4 hours. Very happy with purchase.

We hung these lights on our patio and they look great and have decent brightness that can change intensities on the remote, which is great. We bought these specifically for the remote feature HOWEVER it seems like other patio lights and lamps with similar remotes work on each other.When I turn these lights off with the remote - it then turns on a floor lamp in my office.We came home from vacation and it seems a neighbor has remote patio lights which turned ours on the strobe feature annoying other neighbors.Be aware the remotes are sensitive and be sure to unplug the lights before leaving for an extended period of time to make sure they don't accidentally go on.Also, no one will ever use the blinking feature - it's intense. Would be nice if the lights removed this.

Se le mete el agua por dentro a los focos cuando llueve. Los focos están debajo de un techo, y aún así en las mañanas amaneces con humedad por dentro. Espero que esto no afecte su vida. Hasta el momento prenden bien pero uno esperaría que estando protegidos bajo techo no tuvieran este problema.

Si estoy contento el precio no es caro pero en poco tiempo ya trae un falso exactamente antes de llegar al primero foco, lo tendré que arreglar y poner una cinta vulcanizable para evitar la humedad

El producto llegó en tiempo y forma, completo y con sus repuestos, todos los focos funcionando. Excelente producto con respecto al costo. Los focos son de plástico se ven resistentes, el cable es bastante grueso, la distancia del primer foco al enchufe son como 2.5 mts, la distancia entre foco es de aporx 94 cm, puede cubrir bastante área. Lo volvería a comprar.

El material se ve durable y me encanta que las bombillas son resistentes. La cantidad de luz es bastante por lo que recomiendo poner un dimer si lo que buscas es una luz mas baja. Me encanto y se ve super en mi patio.
