It's really simple to use, just as described. I purchased it for my peace of mind to test my grounding sheets, etc.

Hopping they would help with neuropathy. Had 2-foot pads for about 2-3 weeks. Don't know if they work or not but bought the sheets. Had them on the bed for about a week now, no different.

Very disappointed. False negative.Have been using a grounding mat while sleeping. I wanted an easy way to spot check that the mat was still grounding me.I had used my multimeter see picture to confirm that the matt initially was grounded. If you’ve not used a multimeter, you put the black part in the rounding hole on an outlet and hold the red part in your hand with the multimeter in the middle. You will see that you have a charge.Then, if you touch the hand, that’s holding the red probe to a grounding mat, you should see the numbers on the multimeter read out drop very close to zero.When I tested the continuity tester, I first pressed the button, and the green light came on to show the battery was working in the tester. However, when I followed the instructions by first Long pressing the button until the green light went out and laid the tester on the grounding mat, the tester said that the mat was not grounded.Of course, I then went for my multimeter, which confirmed that the mat was still grounded. Good news Amazon return is great and will get the price back in my credit card.Buyer beware
