I use this all the time in and back and tight IT band. It is a game changer. It will immediately relieve pain when applied correctly. I cut the corners off so that the corners don't get caught on clothes so that it lasts longer. I found this to be the best KT tape. I’ve used it for decades. I tried another brand and was very disappointed… It turned out A lightweight version of Kinesio.

The product speaks for itself, it is amazing. I gave 4 stars because Kinesiotape individual rolls when they come from the factory are 2" x 16.4ft. Which I knew. You have it advertised on website as 2in x 13ft which is incorrect. I ordered it anyway and in fact I did receive the factory width and length. You need to change your posting.

I live Kinesio Gold. I’m a therapist and I use it on myself as well as my clients. Stays on for days; but doesn’t damage skin. Good support without being restrictive. My go to for taping. 👍

This is the best kinesiology tape. It stays on for days, and it doesn't irritate my skin and make me itch like the others do.
