I really enjoyed building and crafting this miniature house! I liked how you have to create the bedding and furniture by hand, unlike some kits that are already assembled for you. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend.

Absolutely not, get off your butt and go to hobby lobby. The kits come with all essentials. This version is not like others. I ended up trashing both of mine.

I rarely review before building but I’ve bought about 30 miniature kits in all and based on this experience I wanted to say that this kit is in good condition, with English instructions and plenty of colored photos. The printed colored paper for the walls and other accessories is of a quality thick stock. Even the balsa wood is not flimsy as with some other kitsI’d recommend this kit as it’s exactly what is advertised. You will need your own tools (ie glue, scissors and tweezers) but they have all of the other pieces needed to build this adorable roomMUSIC BOX NOTE: all other miniature kits come with the exact same music box that has the exact same song regardless of what the house looks like. Plus I find that it’s a depressing song. Like someone in China accidentally mass produced this music box.HOWEVER, this music box actually plays a little Christmas song so it’s the first time that I’ll be installing it. Will update when build done. I’m actually excited!

Reimagined this little kit to a Christmas theme but kept the integrity of the kit intact. It’s super cute and well made. No missing parts and overall, the parts were good quality.

Fue la primera casa que hice (la de navidad) y me divertí mucho aunque no me quedó tan bien, dañé algunas cosas...los vendedores son amables y responden tus dudas.. le seguiría comprando a ellos. Lo único que me salió defectuosa fue la caja musical..Al principio servía, quizás fui yo la que la dañó al ponerla. Algo que noté es que el sofá queda muy apretado en la casa, debería haber más espacio. O sea un poco más grande por unas pulgadas. Me gustaría hacerla nuevamente.It was the first house I made (holiday times) and I had a lot of fun although it didn't look so good, I damaged some things ... They should invent a new technique to put the fabric on the sofa since it seemed complicated to do so. The sellers are friendly and answer your questions ... I would continue to buy from them. The only thing that came out defective was the musical box ... At first it served, maybe it was I who damaged it by putting it on. Something I noticed is that the sofa is very tight in the house, there should be more space. I mean a little bigger by a few inches. I would like to do it again.

I've done a couple of similar projects, and this took a little longer than I thought it would, but was fun. As with all if these kits, a couple things didn't go so well. Specifically had trouble getting the couch arms and the basket on the mantle to look good. Very cute if you want something holiday themed but not too over the top. Had a ceiling light, candlestick on table lights up, and strabd of lights for the tree. The price was good especially considering it cost the same to add both the dust cover and music box. Put it together as a gift for my mom, and I know she will love it!

I loved the idea of this house but the information you get provided doesn't help in creating this house. The paper that has the pattern on it for the fabric is hard to use with the actual fabric since unless you have the crayons for fabric, your cuts will be off and the gluing for the fabric is messy and you need something like clothes pins to hold them shut so you can move on and it takes about 4 hours for the glue to set and harden. This is a fun project for someone who has the tools to properly use the tools provided. The instructions are not difficult but a small bit confusing when you try to start and have to wait for glue to dry that it doesn't help you start the next piece of the house. It seems like the instructions are set on way and they don't want you to make all the parts first before you actually build the house. If you seach YouTube videos for the house they are even worst then the instructions since they have done 95% of the building before they even began filming.
