Nice shampoo....smells good, coat is shiny and clean. I have tried several shampoos and always come back to this one.....my favorite!

I love this company and all their different products. I purchased this shampoo for my lab. He has been having probably some allergy issues and is constantly scratching. It’s not fleas, so I know it is his dry and itchy skin. I try and feed him a good raw diet, but I may be coming short because of this itchiness he has.I tried out the shampoo after receiving it, because it was his bath day. He loves his bath, and this shampoo smelled really good. It has a light essence of lavender and some of the other oils that are added to this shampoo. Lavender is an oil he loves, I like to put it on his paws whenever we travel and he just sleeps away. But the oil used in this shampoo is great! I like that it is an all in one shampoo and conditioner. It is not a heavy soapy, or bubbly shampoo, because it doesn’t have all the detergents and soaps that regular shampoos have, but that also adds to his dry and itchy skin.I am very pleased with this shampoo and will continue to look for more products from HAUTE DAWGS. So far, everything I have received from them has been fantastic. They serve our dogs very well by making natural products.

I bought this for our lab/pit mix named Rocky. He gets smelly rather fast. He is older as well and his skin bothers him every now and then.I love the natural ingredients in this, I have heard of most of these before. The bottle is big enough that I can get many baths out of it as well. I also enjoy that I only need to use this one time a bath because it is a shampoo and conditioner in one.This was easy to get out of the bottle and not too runny. At first it has a strong tea tree smell to it, but it eventually fades. It lathers up nicely and spreads out easily. Rinsing it off is easy as well and I got all of the soap off Rocky with minimal effort.After Rocky was dry, his coat was soft and his smell was gone. There was also no strong soap perfume left behind either. He seems a little less bothered by itching as well. I think after bathing him regularly with this it should significantly help his itchy skin.All in all this seems a bit better and more natural than other dog or pet washes I have tried. Rocky doesn't seem to mind it and it leaves him smelling and feeling fresh.

I ordered this because we are constantly washing our dogs. We have one heeler mix and foster for a heeler/ catahoula rescue. We have been going through our dog shampoos so fast lately try to keep all of the dogs clean and smelling good for their adoption events and home visits.The first thing we noticed was that this shampoo smelled AMAZING! My husband is one who normally likes that soap smell, and even he stated that this is smells good. The next thing which was great was that we only needed to use a little. This soap gets really sudsy and I didn't have to use much. He felt so clean after that I just wanted to snuggle with him all day. While rubbing him down, he did shed a lot so I'm not sure if this contributed to helping de-shed the dog, but it was nice getting it off during his bath rather than all over my house.One thing I can't decide is if the lavender helped calm him down. He's usually so skittish and tries to run off and squirms during his baths, but this time he was much more mellow and stood still most of the time. Hopefully he's just getting more comfortable with us, but I know that lavender has calming properties.We couldn't find anything we disliked about this product.

I really like the smell and consistency of this shampoo/conditioner combo. I produced a thick lather with no itchy scalp. I still use a supplemental/separate conditioner because it is not quite enough of a detangler, but I really do like it.
