Do not buy
I first want to apologize. I do beverage work for a living. I would be an expert on anything dealing with beverage lines and pumps and systems that use them. This is a huge mistake. For the money, very expensive compared to superior pump system used in commercial settings. It should be a kit. Do not DIY this? The risk of leaking is not worth it. I am apologizing for trusting the mfg to provide a reasonable solution. I do this all day so I wanted a brain off cost effective option. The unit has no pressure cut off. That makes this pump worth about $30 bucks for a pond solution you need that you replace every couple years and have it outdoors so when it blows up and leaks you dont care. The sound it makes as the pressure reaches max will resonate across you home.It will run 24/7 so the life expectancy will be short...very short. It has very poor flow rate. Hard to detail here but PSI by itself is worthless. You want a pump to maintain 30 psi min and recover to about 80 psi quickly. This pump clearly cannot produce the flow rate neededOnly buy a system with a regulator, pump, and pressure shutoff. Anything else under your sink out of sight is a huge water risk that could cost you thousands of dollars in damage if something goes wrong with this cheap product.iSpring needs to provide a better solution. RO systems are slow. PSI with flow rate is the only way to make the system practical and iSpring could provide a kit to do this in a matter of hours. This is strike 3 for me with this brand. Once the filters need to be changed, I will probably buy a new system and do this correctly. A real system will cost more like $600 to do this safely so you dont end up with flooded cabinets one day. Do not reinvent the wheel. Convenience stores all have similar systems on a larger scale but the fundamentals of a water system have not changed for 60 years. This iSpring system with their pump solution is a fail.

Requires some assembly but does a great job
This is a great pump (increased my pressure from 40psi to 110psi) but it's very DIY. If you want to install this, you'll need to purchase a few additional parts.- DC power adapter:Â LEDwholesalers 24V 2.5A 60W AC/DC Power Adapter, 5.5x2.5mm DC Plug with Spring Clips, Black, UL-Listed, 3206-24V - Power socket to connect pump to power adapter:Â kenable DC PIGTAIL Power socket 5.5 x 2.5mm to bare ends for CCTV Cable 0.3m (~1 foot) - iSpring #0604ME (4046K) MALE ELBOW NPTF THREAD - 1/4 male NPT x 3/8" male NPT- (Optional) Water pressure guage:Â Malida Water Pressure Gauge Stainless For Aquarium Meter 0-1.6MPa 0-220psi Reverse Osmosis System Pump With 1/4 You'll need to solder the motor wires to the power socket wires and cover with electrical tape. Red to red, black to black. If the motor has green and brown wires, then it's brown to red and green to black. Use a lot of thread seal tape for the two elbow adapters that screw into the motor or it will leak. Cut the hose that goes from your water supply to your RO filter and connect this between the two hoses. The motor has arrows on each side to show which is where the water goes in (from the water supply) and where the water goes out (to the filter). Once everything is setup, plug the motor into adapter and you'll feel it run. If you also install the gauge (see my picture) you'll see the pressure go up.

Doesn't include necessary parts for how expensive it is
My well pump pressure is 5psi too low for the iSpring RO system, so I had to shell out for this expensive pump. And not only does it not include a power transformer, correct fittings for the RO tubing, or a pressure switch, but it doesn't even include instructions or screws to mount it! In fact, there was no paperwork in the box at all. I have no idea if this even has a warranty. For such an expensive part (relative to the rest of the system), just to boost it 5psi, I'm very frustrated that I have to figure out what parts I need to finish this install, have to take a trip to the hardware store (or wait on another Amazon shipment for the non-Prime parts), and have to wire it to a transformer myself, when including a transformer, fittings, installation instructions, and screws would probably only add $2 to the manufacturing cost of this item. I would have been happy to pay $10 or $20 more if it was a complete package. This really seems like an afterthought on the part of iSpring.

Perfect replacement
Perfect replacement for my failed RO pump. You do have to hardwire it after cutting the cord off the old pump but if you have even minimal electrical knowledge it is a snap!

Pump works great if you have low water pressure.
This pump is great for the RO filter system if you have low water pressure. Our well pressure is 35 psi and not enough to push water through all the Ispring filters. This pump does the job and it is quiet.NOTE: If you are adding this to a system that doesn't have a pump you will need a few parts. A transformer, and two cut off switches. Contact the seller. I went through 123filter.com and they are great.

Well-made, quiet and strong
We replaced a similar pump that developed a leak after little more than a year that was not repairable. It feeds our RO filter, fed by about 20 PSI from our gravity fed water system. It's been going strong for several months without problems. Runs with less vibration and noise than the previous pump.

Instructions would really help
Little guy runs all the time. No instructions so I've researched three different methods of installaion, none seem to impact pressure one bit. Removed it.

Great service
Pump is part of my RO system. I returned it because the one I have checked ok.
