I have a bad knee & knee Doc told me to get some of these fabric leg bands. Wow, these are very effective in giving a person a good workout. There are multiple levels of resistance & they do good job of strengthening my target areas so they’ll get strong. They’re worth the cost of the product.

Highly recommend!These bands are more appropriate for women. I am 60 & started working out 4 months ago. I started by using the medium tension & moved to the heavier tension quickly. The extra heavy is a challenge for me but not my 64 year old husband. Too easy for him.They are great quality with triple stitching, comfortable to use & have a carrying case. It also comes with a hard ball to massage knots in your legs, arms or back. I use the ball on the bottom of my feet and it keeps the fascia healthy.

These S&N bands are perfect in my recovery from a recent golf hip injury. Specifically targeted the band exercises that work the hip/glutes to build strength and flexibility. I used the medium resistant band( five bands are included in your order per tension required) . After two weeks of doing the clam and reverse clam exercises with the S&N bands my glute muscles are stronger and the hip area more flexible. Buy these . They are high quality and they work !

I bought the discounted like new. The bands are great but I didn't receive the ball. It's sad on this site I haven't seen a place to communicate this. Only option seems to return it but then I wouldn't get the discount. So gonna be happy I got the bands

I started working out in the morning with my boyfriend and these bands have been a great addition! We take them to the gym, park, and even to the beach! They are great quality and the width is just right (they are not too wide). The fun colors are just an added bonus! We love them!

Got these on recommendations from people at the gym where my husband works out. He had knee replacement surgery about 3 months ago and was using those rubber like bands. Some of them have torn. He likes these so much better.
