Good cleans well efficient delivery

These are small tablets and are easy to swallow. Very good

The tablets seem to be working well without any side effects so far (some tablets irritate my sensitive stomach). I am taking them alongside Vitamin D3. Package was sealed well. 3 stars because the packet has a large opening which does seal brilliantly but sometimes when you want 1 tablet, you have to be really careful or a few fall into your palm. I don't like the thought of touching other tablets and then slipping them back in the pack. I have to double check it is sealed carefully incase the packet falls.

I got these after realising it’s vital to take Vit K2 alongside Vit D (especially taking higher doses as I do). I like this brand and like that the products come in simple and portable packaging.

Yeah they're supplements, also not much to say but I'm trying to make up for my dry meals with vitamins so this will help.

The purchase was made after reading that taking Vitamin D, alone, was not good practice as it could lead to calcium build up in the arteries. My Star of 2 is not significant because I am not qualified to determine the effectiveness of taking K2. Why I am taking K2 has been explained.
