Attach this baseplate to the bottom of a stratocaster bridge pickup to boost low frequencies. This will result in a slightly "fatter" tone that will help mitigate what can often be a "tinny" or "bright" bridge pickup. These baseplates are pre-prepped, coated with wax, and ground wire attached to allow simple installation.
