I was really impressed with this case! It is even more impressive looking in person. It is darker colored wood just like I wanted, and it has a nice clear finish to it! It almost looks too nice for my Collection of sunglasses.

I haven't written many reviews here, but this box arrived today. It's an amazing compliment to my Eyewear collection.As a photographer, I took the liberty of highlighting details of the craftsmanship in the wood selection, the lacquered finish and the impressive feel of the chrome hardware.An earlier viewer mentioned the window is plastic. Tapping the "glass" confirms as much, but quality material glares like a piece of security glass.The closing clasp doesn't doesn't lock, but I smile everytime I look at it. It's the closest thing I have to a jewelry box. If you're on the fence about this piece, don't hesitate. JUST GET IT 😉 !!!

Bought the sunglass holder and the watch holder with the double drawers. The packaging was great. And then we were really pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of both pieces. Great hardware, heavy and looks very expensive. My husband was thrilled to add to his new closet. Well worth it. Now I will have to order for my son:)
