Good watch overall. The BP does not work yet it acts like it is doing things. Some things have to be accessed using the app from your mobile. I wish it had a few more options, games, and tools.

The watch delivered on time - didn't look like the on line photo (must have been a stock photo). The main reason I purchased was to keep up with my Blood Pressure - not a good choice. The watch gives me a false reading every time, nowhere close to my actual BP when checked against arm pump BP machine. Not really many watch faces to choose from - most are too theme related - my opinion. Other than that, if looks goods, the arm bands came in as advertised, look good and easy to switch out. All the functions of the watch seem to work fine - easy to learn & to get around. Functions though are limited as you might expect for an inexpensive Smart Watch. I guess I would say it's somewhat smart... :-)

I wish. I could add or delete more Teachers it tells me about every 30 minutes how many steps I have I don’t need that

I bought this watch in December 2021. I enjoyed it and all of its features until there was a constant screen glitch in June 2022. I contacted their customer service and was pleasantly surprised with my experience! The customer service representative was thorough, asking questions after seeing my photograph of the issue. They were able to send me a replacement watch at no cost and it’s been working perfectly since I received it. I am very pleased with my watch as well as the seller and their policies! Definitely recommend!

Great watch, looks awesome comes with two straps,kit to extend or take a notch out from the metal strap. However my biggest turn off was that you cannot reply to text messages fe phone, or make calls from the watch "Calling Dick Tracy" style. If it had these features I would have kept it. Opted to get a Samsung S2 instead.

I purchase this Watch a couple of weeks agoWhen it arrived, the pins to install the stain steel wrist band were missing. So I had to exchange it.Now this second watch, does not read all of the funtions and the battery only last for 24 hours.I do not know if a should exchange it once again or just return it, so I can purchase another brand.

Updated again: I had to scrub the connectors with a cloth that had rubbing alcohol on it and that fixed it. It charges again. Also, the company was responsive. I just think they need the charging connectors on the side and not in contact with skin and sweat.Update: I’ve had the watch two month. Just two. Although I like the watch, it no longer charges, so it’s useless. This has been documented in the past by others and still not fixed.I cannot recommend until they fix the charging issue. Too bad.I’ve only had the watch for a few days but I really like it so far. It doesn’t feel cheap, has a nice bright screen and works fine. I hate the app and wish they would release a more polished app. More watch faces too, please!

I purchased the watch in January of 2022 and as of May 2022 the watch face now fades to white shortly after turning on and it never would stay connected to my phone. When I contacted customer service I was told there is nothing we can do.Update 7/11/22Customer service has reached out to me to offer me a new watch or a refund. I informed customer service that I no longer have the watch as I turned in to electronic recycling so I could not return the defective watch I was then told that would not be a problem as long as I remove this post or change it to 5 stars. So it looks like they are going to keep my money as I have been honest with the whole incident and don't think I've done anything wrong.
