The baby is fully formed. We were able to just slide it out. No cutting was needed.

Q: I got sent a unicorn. Why is this? It had the tags of a koala and everything but it was a unicorn.

I believe you will have to take this up with Amazon. From what I remember I got the Koala and the tag which I removed was for a Koala.
