Great Workouts!
I have done the 2nd workout on this DVD - the LIFT workout. It's a light weight weight, high rep, multi-move workout. You keep moving through the entire workout. You do 2 cycles of each workout with a "resting move" in between. It's a great workout when you're short on time as you are getting some strength training as well as getting your heart rate up for a mild cardio workout.I haven't tried the Olympic Training as this doesn't look like a workout I would enjoy and I have tendonitis in my wrist so this workout looks like it would irritate my wrist. However, it does look like a great workout!I really enjoy Kelly as none of her dvd's are the same. She is very innovative and I find her workouts to be a refreshing change from your traditional weight training exercises - bicep curls, tricep kick backs - etc. She always seems to add a new twist to keep it interesting.I own just about every workout dvd she has out there and I enjoy them all. Her 30 minute series are great time savers! If you think the workouts are too easy - increase your weights :-)

Lift like you mean it!
Both of these 30 minute workouts are awesome. I burn serious calories with the Powersculpt and am sore for days after Olympic Lifting. My biggest problem is my barbell takes forever to load and get the collars on. Wish I could afford something better. Although Lauren uses just dumbbells so maybe I'll give that a try. You will feel this if you squat deep and work it hard. Get it done in 30 minutes and start your day. All the 30 minutes to fitness DVDs are worth owning! You'll feel tough after completing these workouts. No dread factor either, just plain fun!
