Q: Will this be suitable for a 460 in an RV? Need more power for pulling trailer and etc.

It would work perfectly with some effort. It will be different from your stock carb. 460 engines came with 2 barrel and 4 barrel carbs. If yours is 4 barrel, this carb will perform great. If not, you will have to replace you intake to a 4 barrel intake.

Q: will i have to drill holes in the butter flys to have more vacuum thanks for any help

Nooooo!!! Do not drill holes in butterflies!! Vacuum is created through cam size. If you're running a high lift cam, you get less vacuum than you would a stock lift cam. The butterflies control throttle.

Q: is this is a double pump ?

yes it is mine is on my 1963 327 i am putting this engine in a elcamino it is a 1978
