Great little table for the price
Great little table for the price. Bought this for my husband who needed to be able to work from home following a serious motor vehicle accident. Holds his 12 lb, 17ā laptop with no problem, and fits easily over his recliner or wheelchair. Only downside is that table height adjustment knobs are a little cheesy, and can be a little difficult for him to use from his chair. After 6 months of daily use (and frequent adjustment), the knobs broke. But for the low price, I figured we definitely got our use out of it, and ordered a second table.

Works great but ....
I bought this table for my fiancĆ© for Valentines Day and he LOVES it! It works perfectly. You do have to assemble it. Like... all of it. However, it only took me about 45 minutes so thatās not too bad. AND, if you have a heavier laptop and the table is turned opposite of the four wheels, then the table will tip over. So watch out for that. Lastly, the top of the table on mine arrived scratched and it had two large holes so I had to try to color them in with a black sharpie. On the plus side, it seems to have worked. My fiancĆ© hasnāt noticed it at all.Other than that, the top of the table is dark, almost black, all four wheels roll nicely and have locks, the height adjusts to your liking so you can use it at your bed or at your couch, the table has two parts so you can have one tilted one way and the other a different way, you can swivel the table top so your able to get up easier rather than having to move the entire thing, and it has three 3ā long stoppers to keep your laptop and mouse from sliding off if you have the table tilted at a steep angle. The best thing of all... is that you donāt have to only use it as a computer table. You could use it as a tv try for dinner, a homework table, or even a night stand. Itās great and Iām very happy I decided to get this one.Even though it came damaged Iām still going to keep it. Iāve already put it together, and I wanted to give it to him on Valentines Day. Just make sure if you decide to purchase this product to check the table top for defects before completely assembling it.***If helpful, please click āHelpfulā*** :)

This table is designed to be used as pictured and I would call it a 'Right Side' stand.
While it is technically possible to use it from either side, the platform boards are *pre-drilled with stoppers attached for right side usage only*. Trying to use it from the left side means the stoppers keeping your laptop from sliding down off the tray and into your lap would be at the *backside of the table, not the front where needed for left handed usage... and yes, it will slide off!The ONLY way to change this stand from a 'Right Side' stand to a 'Left Side' stand is to remove the front stoppers on the main tray and drill two holes for one of the stoppers to attach to the tray on the opposite (rear) edge instead... which is what I did with good results. I drilled two holes on the rear edge spaced the same distance as the center two (of the four) existing holes on the front edge, then I moved one stopper from the front edge to the back and centered the other front stopper to align with the rear stopper using the middle two of the four front pre-drilled holes. I now have one centered stopper on both the front edge and back edge of the top allowing me to use the stand as either a 'Right Side' or a 'Left Side' stand. I placed a couple of decorative adhesive dots to cover the two now unused pre-drilled holes. If the manufacture had designed the main tray with this modification, then it would have been much more adaptable for either side usage... as seen on other available trays.Overall, I have found the stand surprisingly stable even when extended to maximum height, though it is on a hardwood floor. Other than needing to modify the tray to be able to be used from either the right or left, I think it is a well thought out design. My only other gripe would be that the width of the main tray is not wide enough for my 17" laptop which extends over the tray edge by about an inch and a half, but is still stable, usable, and does not seem to be an issue. Would recommend for smaller laptops 15" or less with the understanding that you may want to make custom modifications if you intend on using it from the left side.

Fabulous assembly!
Easy to read instructions. Tools were provided and every small part was in a plastic baggie with the part letter on the baggie. No guessing which screw they meant, it was labeled!! I assembled this for my grandmother and fixed the height and slant so not sure how those handle being adjusted regularly. Table is solid with heavy parts especially the base. My only request would be that the wheels were a bit more substantial. The wheels are only about an inch and a half in diameter. They roll fine on the low nap carpet at my grandmother's residence but don't think they would do so hot on anything more plush. The wheels do have locking mechanisms on each that do work which is exactly what my grandmother was worried about but she can't reach them and they aren't large enough to be unlocked with your foot very well.

Way too unstable. Rocks back and forth just typing with a stylus pen....
This is not sturdy enough for a laptop. I'm typing this on it right now on my Fire 8" tablet and I have two boards with a barbell on each side of the base WITHOUT the wheels on and it's rocking back and forth typing with a stylus pen just typing this review. No way I'm going to use this for my new laptop, one little bump into this and whatever you have on this would end up on the floor. I'm actually holding the table with one hand and typing with the other cause it wobbles so bad that I'm hitting the wrong letters if I don't. Good for maybe shooting your wallet and keys on when you get home, at least that what I'm using it for after typing this. If the color didn't match my TV stand and shelves, I'd send it back, it doesn't look bad at all, just too unstable.../////Edit: Had for four days, the two screws that hold the post that adjusts the table up and down are either stripped or have dented the post in (As it's just two screws digging into the post-a thin metal tube- to hold it up) and now can only use in one position. Definitely is just a weak little table to put light stuff on now...
