Arrived damaged
Unfortunately the microwave front was badly marked and scratched. I think other buyers have mentioned this so I can't understand why Hisense doesn't have better quality control. I have returned it. Thankfully the return process was very straight forward and efficient.

Great Replacement
Great Replacement, happy with fit and style, be shaw to take off the protective film, I thought it was scratch 🤦🏾. The protective film is so good you can barely see it….

Nice design microwave
Replacement for a 10 plus year Candy built in microwave.Picked the Hisense for its looks and design and read other reviews.Not a brand you may associate with microwaves but had a Hisense TV for a few years and been very impressed. Hisense looked better than other microwaves on offer.Pleased with the price. The microwave is bigger inside than our previous one although still fits in the same cabinet.Straight forward to fit. Comes very well packaged.
