I’ll start with the positive! This thing looks amazing after installation, which was relatively easy. I haven’t had any issues with it falling apart or leaking like some of the other reviews of mentioned. The reason why this is getting less than five stars is because another common thing amongst these reviews is the water pressure. After reading some complaints I just decided to install it without the restrictor. That is mostly worked out well but I think a lot of household may not have hotel style water pressure. And it looks like that’s the type of experience that they’re selling here but it falls just shy of that. Looking at the other options available from the seller and there’s a smaller option available with a narrow or detachable showerhead. That looks like it might be the better option compared to this one as water pressure should be less of an issue.

The shower head and attachment look very good and works very well. I did everything that the instructions stated and even what people put here on previous reviews to prevent it from leaking or shooting water out, but I still get a little leak of water from the ball joint that connects to the main water pipe. I took off one star because of that issue. Maybe it has to do with it being a two part piece, instead of one solid piece. Or mine isn’t a well made piece. I might have to buy a separate one if the leak continues to become an annoyance.

The media could not be loaded.  At first, I though the shower head was cool until it was leaking when i installed it without the water saver because I didn't want to lose any water pressure. then i realized that its leaking from within the housing which had a gab. SoIi reinstalled with the water saver and that what it actually needed to prevent it from leaking, it gives it an extra seal. it works perfect right now and i still have good water pressure. Good for the price.

I really like this new shower head. Water is soft and gentle when I shower and feels great when you put your face into it. My old one felt like it was stinging my face so this is a great improvement. It was very easy to install. I ordered a longer hose for the hand held wand so I could wash and rinse my little dog without holding him up to the shower to wash and rinse. He likes to walk back and forth while I use the wand and it amuses me to watch him enjoy it!I took the water restrictor out and just don't turn the water on full blast to save water. It still gives me great full streams of rainfall water too.Love this shower fixture!

Product is made of plastic, so it is cheaper material. Considering the price is very affordable and looks similar to much more expensive products, I decided to give it a try. The only thing I don’t like about it is not very secure and can rotate fairly easily. So quality i would give it a 2, but aesthetics and price make it very appealing. Just don’t expect it to hold up to too much abuse.

Gave it 2 stars even though I’m returning it. So disappointed in this shower head. There were no instructions and although at first I wasn’t concerned since I’ve installed many shower heads in the past, I soon realized this wasn’t going to turn out well. The shower head does not stay put and there’s no way to tighten it so it will. There are no leaks but the shower head slowly moves and will not stay in position.The handheld device is nice and easy to use but there’s no way to have just the handheld on without water coming out of the shower head. In my opinion defeats the purpose of having the handheld device.Not what I expected and not worth the extra money I chose to spend on the whole set up. Cannot recommend. Am returning for a refund.Lastly, the seller sends an email offering to assist with problems if you reply to the email but the email returns unable to send. Frustrating and so disappointing.

This works really well. Just wish it wasn’t plastic. However, I do like it. Put the water saver in the handheld shower head otherwise the water pressure is really hard and reminds me of a fire hose...after putting the water saver in, it worked really well. I liked that it came with the tephlon tape too.

Check your water pressure first. Works great but our mountain house did not have enough water pressure for the rain shower. Ended up splitting up the set and put smller showerhead on it. The rain showerhead ended up in our home home with better pressure and it’s been great
