best screws for concrete block I've ever used, hold tight and easy to use

Worked great in a cinder block wall!
Not having used these before, I'll confess that I was dubious that a screw without an anchor would work in a cinderblock wall... But these were outstanding in the end! Really solid anchoring in a set of twelve holes for me. I attached some heavy duty rings to the wall for use with nylon straps that help keep some heavy equipment from falling over away from the wall. I used the official Tapcon 3/16" pilot drill, and then my impact drill with a socket head to drive these, and the result was perfect. Couldn't be happier!
