I like the convenience of taking sea moss in a capsule. I've tried to use the fresh method, but that takes time, plus I don't like the consistency. I also have not been successful at hiding the taste. These capsules are average size and not hard to swallow, and I am not a good pill taker. I take sea moss for any benefits it may give, but specifically for digestive system. I no longer have a gall bladder and these seem to help. So far so good. I'd keep these on hand for those times when you don't have time to soak and mix up smoothies and such, for convenience.

Maybe I was expecting too much from the advertisement but after finishing the bottle, I’m not sure what it was meant to do. I felt no deferent. In my personal opinion, it’s probably a placebo.
