Headset Buddy [MFi-Certified] 3.5mm to Lightning Audio Adapter (PH35-APLC) - Discontinued

I use this product with a pair of 1 More Quads. It works as advertised. Allows you to charge and listen to music through your RCA jack equipped headgear. That said the functionality of the inline controls when using the 1 More Quads is "strange". The "play track" and or "pause" button works. The "increase volume" button works. However, the "decrease volume button" INCREASES the volume as well. It is worth noting my digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and headphone amplifier connector disables ALL inline earphone controls. The negative is the lightning connection. The connection is inherently non-secure. The cord will come "loose" with minimal movement. I find myself constantly having to disconnect the cord from my IPad Pro and reconnect in order to resume playing a track.

This is probably the best solution to restoring all the lost functionality to the iPhone 7. Charging was effortless while listening to music or making a phone call. It's well constructed and looks like it will have a long life. There is a built-in mic but it's very low volume - sounds like a whisper while making a phone call.The good news is that I can plug in a decent pair of a headphones with a microphone and phone calls are once again loud and clear. I was concerned that having two microphones might be an issue but the headset picks up well and the built-in mic contributes just a tiny bit.

Dont buy it. Stopped working after a few uses. Seemed okay at first. kept getting message on phone that said was not uasable with two devices but seemed to charge with headphones plugged in. Now headphones work but will not charge period so defeats purpose of purchase. Dont believe the “iPhone” compatible baloney they are spouting. This charger does NOT work!!

I bought this for iPhone 7 to charge and listen to music at the same time. I use it in the car and it works great. Now I can happily listen to my own music mix while driving and I don't arrive at my destination with a dead phone.

Works very well. There is an iPhone app for it, but it doesn't seem to be necessary because I tried using it on my iPad without installing the app and it worked fine. The app gives you some equalization options and that's about it.

I bought this adapter for my iPhone 8 Plus. It stopped working after only one use. Calls sounded far away. There was a static sound when the aux jack was plugged. Also the box looked like it was opened previously (it was supposed to be a new item). I returned it immediately. Awful product.

had to find a cable that supported iphone 7. I bought 2 other, non-certified and they did not work. Thanks Apple for making us all spend more money. This cable works great and I would recommend it.
